Liaison Services
In addition to training our Community Support Workers to meet the ‘clinical’ needs of our service users our Nursing Team will also act as advocate and Clinical Contact for our services users and their relationships with NHS Universal services. This is sometimes referred to as the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) approach.
