Care Manager
My role as Care Manager is varied. This is helped by my work experiences in the NHS and also private residential care services for children and young people with complex health needs. I now want to bring my experience and skills to focus on community support services for individuals of all ages. I have a passion to promote person centred care and to support individuals to achieve the most positive outcomes, enabling them they live their ‘best lives’.
