I have been working in the care sector for 25 years, the last three with Optima as one of their Care Coordinators. I love the challenge that every day being different brings. I am passionate about ensuring the people we support are treated as individuals and that they receive a personalised support service which is bespoke to them. I believe well organised and efficient services only serve to enhance our service users’ experiences.
