Operations Manager
As Operations Manager I oversees the non-clinical side of the organisation, working closely with the Clinical Lead and Registered Manager, to deliver a safe, caring, effective and well lead service in line with CQC regulations.
On a day to day basis I work on key elements to continually improve processes and procedures to ensure Optima provides the very best support and the highest possible standards of care for all our service users and employees.
